In August 2020, Change Management Experts Pvt Ltd (CMEX) started its journey with a purpose, which is to motivate the employees of SME sector after the first hit of Covid 19 to Sri Lanka. Although the large corporates had their own resources and capabilities to keep their employees motivated, the rest had to struggle to go forward with their existing workforce.
But before the market was normalized the 2nd waive of Covid 19 hit the country. Then there were many new issues for SMEs. The major challenges were not meeting enough cash flows to run the business and less motivated sales force.
Therefore in February 2021, CMEX was re launched its operations as a Marketing training and Consulting Company to fulfill the two types of requirements, i.e. sales or revenue growth and employee training.
Now our scope has been narrowed but we focus on a larger audience with reaching out to both the SMEs and corporates within the country.
Apart from that we enable corporates and SMEs to reach their next level with end to end digital transformation with the support of our partner companies.
We believe that the future business world will mostly depend on hybrid models. Neither brick and mortar businesses work alone nor technology giants prosper without humans.
